The Bar Method Wellesley
Have you ever wondered how your favorite celebrities stay so long and lean??? Us too. Until we tried The Bar Method. This workout works every muscle (many you didn’t know were there!) of your body through carefully targeted movements, followed immediately by a stretch. Results include a tighter, higher “seat”, narrower hips and thighs, flatter abs, improved posture and increased flexibility. The Bar Method was developed by a ballerina to stay in good form through injuries or off season but is by no means a dance class! Come and get your summer body this spring! (Men welcome too!!!)
